Can you print full color images and photos on clothing?
Yes, we can! Using a process called DTG or Direct to Garment printing. Unlike most of our competitors, we can print on light and dark shirts.
Ask about DTG printing for your printing needs. No minimum, no set-up fees, no screens and quick turn around time!

What is the process of ordering a product and getting it printed?
1. Once we receive your design, we send it to our art department for processing. If you don't have artwork already, our talented
art department will gladly assist you in developing the design that fits your needs. Contact us at 781-335-1313 or info@jmclothing.com
2. All artwork is checked for detail and quality. Once it is approved, we send the job to our screen printing department.
3. Then we go to print. It's that easy! 1-2-3 DONE!

How is the price of my order determined?
Prices will vary. There are a number of factors:
--The clothing you want to use: There is a wide range of sizes (xs-6xl), weight (4.3oz, 5.4oz, 5.6oz, 6.1oz and so on) and brands. Check out
the clothing catalog on the home page to see all of the product options
-- How many colors you will be printing on the product: (If you are printing on black items, we might need to use a white under base which
adds an additional color
-- How many shirts you will be printing: (the more you print the lower the cost)

What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience we accept cash, money order, check, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

What is dpi and why is important?
DPI (dots per inch) is a measurement of printer resolution. The reason this is important is because the higher the DPI, the clearer the printed
image will be. The ideal DPI for printing is between 150 and 300. If you are unsure of the DPI of your artwork, contact us.

How do I get a quote?
There are a couple of ways to get a quote.

How will my order be shipped?
We primarily ship via UPS. However, we do use other methods when neccesary or if our client has a preference.
We do offer drop shipping. Ask your Sales Representative about pricing.

How many shirts do I have to order?
At JM Clothing there is no minimum number required. Order what you need, whether it's one or 50,000!

How much will it cost to have my artwork designed by JM Clothing?
Our Art Department is happy to design a print or logo for you at the competitive rate of $65.00 per hour.
Most basic designs can be produced in one hour.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the size of your order, turn around time is usually 10 business days. Rush production is available for an additional fee.

How much is your set-up fee for t-shirt printing?
We no longer charge a set-up fee. There is a $25.00 screen fee for orders of less than 100 shirts.

How can I receive a catalog?
We are happy to mail you a catalog, or you can come into the store and pick one up. Our catalogs are also available for viewing
online on our home page.
